Jaime is a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner doctoral student at the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Nursing. Mx. Jaime has nearly ten years of experience in inpatient and behavioral health emergency care settings. She has specialized in the treatment of complex post-traumatic stress and dissociative disorders, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy techniques into patient care with an added focus on non-suicidal self-injury and suicide prevention.
