Welcome from Karan Kapoor, MPS (he/him/his)

​

Karan holds a Bachelor's in psychology and sociology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and an MPS in Clinical Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is currently pursuing his Master of Social Work at the University of Maryland School of Social Work.

 

Karan has been working in mental health for five years and has experience across a variety of positions, from office admin to regional center manager. During this time, he has developed a passion for working with clients and guiding them down the road to recovery. His interests include treatment resistant depression, anxiety,  LGBTQ+ issues, and relationship dynamics.

 

During his free time, Karan enjoys spending time with his three cats,  listening to live music, painting, and reading.
