Welcome from Latrice Jackson, MS (she/her/hers)

Latrice Jackson is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) and integrative, solution-focused therapist with a passion for supporting youth, young adults, adults, and families as they navigate emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges. Her clinical focus includes working with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and difficulties within family or social relationships.

She draws on a blend of cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed approaches, all within a person-centered framework that emphasizes safety, trust, and collaboration. Whether working with an individual or an entire family system, Latrice helps clients build emotional insight, strengthen communication, and create supportive, healthy connections.

As a culturally competent Black woman and mother of a child with autism, she brings both professional training and lived experience to her work. Deeply committed to inclusivity and developmentally appropriate care, Latrice works especially with those who have been marginalized or misunderstood by traditional systems. Her practice is grounded in authenticity, empathy, and a deep respect for each client’s unique story and strengths.
